- 1 can of fruit cocktail, drained

- 1/2 cup sweetened cream

- 1/2 cup condensed milk

- 1 apple, say

- 1 orange, segmented

- 1/2 cup grapes, halved


1. In a large bowl, combine the Nata de Coco and fruit cocktail.

2. Add the diced apple, segmented orange, and halved grapes.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened cream and condensed milk until well combined.

4. Pour the cream mixture over the fruit mixture and stir gently until everything is well combined.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Tip: You can also add in other fruits like strawberries, kiwis, or pineapples to add more flavor and texture to the salad.

2. Nata de Coco Popsicles

- 250gr Nata de Coco

- 1 1/2 cups fresh fruit juice

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1/4 cup diced fruit (optional)


1. In a blender, combine the Nata de Coco, fresh fruit juice, and honey. Blend until well combined.

2. Stir in the diced fruit, if using.

3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

4. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds until they loosen.

Tip: If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use paper cups and popsicle sticks as a substitute.

- 250gr Nata de Coco

- 1 cup milk

- 2 1/2 tsp gelatin powder

- 1 mango, peeled and diced
